You understand the culture and the needs — there are things that Tito Solutions understands that don't have to be explained, that would be very difficult to explain to an outside vendor. It's nice that you're a team, not like working with some impersonal company that's unresponsive and overly expensive. You offer a quality solution that's competitively priced, and there's less and less of that in the market today.
I get to speak in broad terms about the bigger goals and just trust that the end product is going to be better than what I could have created myself. The team always had the talent — the creative skills, the writing skills, the design skills. Nine times out of ten, what they create is more than what I was thinking anyway. I'm like, this is beautiful.
In terms of interaction and customer experience, communication has been really, really good. I've noticed the team is always trying things, improving, and staying open to suggestions — based on my experience working with other companies, that's a real strength here. I've enjoyed working with them, no complaints.
